At GRIFFNER everything is available from a single source – if you wish!
You can choose between three Scopes- from the partially finished house to the turnkey variant. The services for Scope 1 always start from the top level of the cellar ceiling. We can however also organise construction of the cellar.
1, 2, 3 – interior design!
With GRIFFNER Interior we are also happy to go beyond Scope 3 and advise you on all questions of home design. Our skilled fit-out team will ensure you feel at home in your new environment right away.
Scope 1
Your home is finished on the outside.
The shell will be up in around 10 days - your house is finished on the outside: Walls and ceilings are in place, windows and doors installed, the roof watertight, and preparations have already been made for the installation work.
Scope 2
We provide your home with the necessary building services.
All building services will be installed in the next 8 weeks. This includes the pipework for the underfloor heating and the sanitary system as well as the ducts for the electrics. Installation of the pipework is followed by the floating solid screed. Drying takes around 5 weeks.
Scope 3
Your house becomes a home.
The final construction phase involves the internal fit-out: paintwork, the installation of tiles and flooring as well as internal doors and staircases. If you ask GRIFFNER to take charge of all building work, your home will be finished in around 13 weeks. The project manager responsible will perform the final acceptance inspection together with you.
